Aaron O’Sullivan
Aaron was born in Northern California and grew up in the Sierra foothills of Auburn. Post high school, Aaron has spent 22 years working in California’s Utility Industry, where he is currently a Program Manager and developing utility leader.
Aaron, along with his wife and kids, they relocated to the Central Coast in 2021 after falling in love with the area during a 2 year adventure on the road, living in their RV, exploring all of California and coastal Oregon. Once they experienced the community of Morro Bay and surrounding surf towns, they knew the Central Coast was where they wanted to raise their family and build community. With a love for storytelling/photography, Aaron’s passion for the ocean and desire to give back to the Central Coast community led him to Operation Surf where he has been helping to document the stoke and the healing powers of the ocean for +2 years now.
Aaron shares his recent experience of sobriety, attributing his newly found serenity to the relationships made and culture of vulnerability and inclusion that are core values at Operation Surf. “The stoke is real”
