Steven Bakota is an accomplished executive in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Corporate Vice President for Micron Technology.  He is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development and Business Operations. Before joining Micron, he gained valuable industry experience at Texas Instruments, holding multiple roles leading Power Semiconductor Product Lines. He also contributed to industry standards through his service on the Board of Directors for the System Management Interface Forum Inc. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in business development, product management, and operations.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He further honed his business acumen by completing an executive program (SEP) at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Steven Bakota’s career reflects a deep understanding of the semiconductor landscape, combining technical background with strategic business leadership.

Outside of work, Steve and his wife Meghan are proud parents of three very active teenage children.
